How to Download a Digital Item
Once your payment is confirmed you will be sent an email with a download link
I can’t find my download notification email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding support@thehumblepenny.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
I’m having trouble downloading my files
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through support@thehumblepenny.com for further assistance.
Access to Your Course
When you purchase a digital course you will be sent a Welcome email and an email containing your login details, this will from - wordpress@financialjoyacademy.com

I want a refund or want to cancel
On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or cancelled. If you are experiencing any problems with your download or course please contact the seller directly through support@thehumblepenny.com
We provide various courses and digital content on line, by purchasing these you are given immediate access for your own personal use. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the courses or content in any manner.
By ordering our courses or digital content, you agree that the courses or content you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
You shall not create any derivative work based upon the courses or content and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the courses or content. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.
No refunds are given for a course or content you have ordered as you shall be immediately granted instant lifetime access to the materials and we cannot reverse this access. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course or content
